受新冠肺炎疫情影响，川登喜大学素攀孔子学院（以下简称素攀孔院）的汉语水平考试工作暂停举办了两个月，为了满足广大学员检测自己汉语学习的阶段性成果的需求，素攀孔院决定在5月份恢复常规考试和增加居家网考场次。在顺利完成5月9日的常规考试工作后，5月29日和31日也顺利完成居家网考工作，不让任何一位汉语学习者因疫情而掉队。
由于这次的居家网考是临时增加的，考试准备与报名时间非常短，同时由于孔院工作人员居家办公，常规的邮寄与现场报名方式取消，素攀孔院汉语考试中心制作了网络报名表在线发布，短短十天就吸引了近五十名考生报名考试。为了帮助考生熟悉居家网考系统，考试中心不仅编写了文字版考试手册，还录制考试系统使用教程，在脸书主页实时回答考生疑问，督促考生预先参加模拟考试。
在29日和31日当天，素攀孔院中方院长邱宗锋、考试中心负责人曹思远与志愿者黄嘉俊从早上八点开始就镇守在电脑旁实时监控考生登录情况、指导考生如何登录和参加考试、抓拍考生照片，全程监考至下午六点，给整场居家网考划上圆满句号。
此外，素攀孔院一直以来十分注重不断完善汉语考试服务工作，因此也得到了广大学员的积极赞许，树立了泰国中西部地区汉语考试中心的品牌效应。今后，素攀孔院将一如既往地为每一位学员提供优良的考试服务，以考促学、学考相优，为汉语国际教育事业做出应有贡献。
Class Closed While Learning Continued and Tested at Home
—— CISDUS Successfully Held At-home Online Chinese Proficiency Tests
Affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Chinese proficiency tests service of Confucius Institute of Suan Dusit University at Suphanburi (CISDUS) had been suspended for two months. In order to meet the needs of the majority of Chinese learners to test their staged achievements, the CISDUS decided to re-open its regular test service and add the at-home online tests in May. After successfully completing the regular tests administration on May 9, the CISDUS continued to make the at-home online tests administration another success on May 29 and 31, so that no Chinese learner was left behind being affirmed due to the pandemic.
Since those home-based online tests were temporarily provided, the time for its preparation and registration was very short. Meanwhile, due to the stay-home policy imposed on the office of the Confucius Institute, the conventional mailing and on-site registration methods had been cancelled. So, the CISDUS’ Chinese test center made an online registration form for the candidates to apply for the tests online. Within just ten days, nearly 50 candidates had registered for the exams. In order to help the candidates to familiarize with the home-based online test system, the test center not only published a text version of the test manual, but also recorded a test system tutorial, answering the candidates' questions instantly on Facebook's homepage and reminding them of taking the mock exams in advance.
On the 29th and 31st days of May, the CISDUS’ Chinese director Qiu Zongfeng, the test center’s chief Cao Siyuan and teacher volunteer Huang Jiajun started to work at the computers as early as 8:00 am, taking screenshots of the candidates’ logging-in, answering questions about how to log in and fill in the online test paper and monitoring all the testing processes. They kept working until 6:00 pm, and finally marked the end of the entire home-based online examinations.
What’s more, the CISDUS has always attached great importance to continuously improving its Chinese tests service, so it has also received positive approval from the majority of Chinese learners and established the brand effect of the Chinese tests center in central and western Thailand. In the future, the Confucius Institute will continue to provide excellent examination services for every candidate so as to encourage them to learn Chinese well and get higher scores in the tests, which in turns will promote them to further improvement, whereby making due contributions to the Chinese international education.
